Antibody polishing
Do you need an antibody free from aggregates and residual fragments?
Although most antibody batches achieve purity levels above 95% following the initial purification step, some antibodies may require an additional polishing step to remove remaining impurities.
Antibody purity can be further improved using several methods, including:
- Preparative size-exclusion chromatography—SEC
- Ion-exchange chromatography—IEC
- Other techniques tailored to the specific properties of your finished product
